DBIS participates in Indonesia as a technology provider working with licensed partners — not as a direct licensed bank or payment institution. Operational transactability matrices and the HYBX evidence package are under counsel review (WP-2).
Regulatory posture
- Model A: technology stack, settlement interfaces, and evidence tooling for licensed counterparties.
- Licensed partners hold prudential and payment-system authorizations where required.
- Indonesia package 4.995 evidence standard applies to transaction-package submissions.
